• Schofields Coaching Classes reserves the right to accept or decline enrolment based on class availability.

2. Fee Payment Policy

• Tuition fees must be paid before the commencement of each term unless otherwise agreed.
• Fees are payable through the payment methods provided by the coaching centre.
• Late payments may result in suspension of classes until outstanding fees are cleared.
• All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3. Refund Policy

• Course fees are generally non-refundable once the term has commenced.
• Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be assessed individually by management.
• If Schofields Coaching Classes cancels a class or program, students will receive either a replacement class, credit, or refund where applicable.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

4. Attendance Policy

• Students are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time.
• Parents should notify the coaching centre if a student cannot attend.
• Missed classes are generally not refundable or transferable unless approved by management.
• Make-up classes may be offered where available but are not guaranteed.

5. Student Behaviour

Students are expected to:

• Treat teachers and fellow students with respect.
• Follow classroom instructions.
• Maintain appropriate behaviour at all times.
• Avoid disruptive, abusive, or unsafe conduct.

Students displaying repeated disruptive behaviour may receive warnings and, if necessary, be removed from the program without refund.

6. Parent Responsibilities

Parents and guardians agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information.
• Inform the coaching centre of any medical conditions or learning requirements.
• Ensure students arrive and are collected on time.
• Communicate respectfully with staff and teachers.

7. Learning Materials

Course materials provided by Schofields Coaching Classes remain the intellectual property of the coaching centre unless otherwise stated.

Students may use the materials for personal educational purposes only and may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.

Participation in classes is at the student’s own risk, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
